The main role of the Structured Products and Derivatives Department ("SPDD") is to identify and develop new products in order to meet local investors' needs. The SPDD team works with institutional investors and retail distribution partners locally and globally to provide cross-asset structured product investments and solutions. The SPDD promotes structured products for investors who seek opportunities to participate in products which are custom tailored to suit the needs of each customer at various risk levels. The main focus is on alternative investments that provide different levels of principal protection, asset linked coupons, opportunities to hedge or diversifies risk, credit exposure management and access to markets that may otherwise be inaccessible. The SPDD specializes on a full range of asset classes, including equities, indices and index baskets, interest rates, currencies and commodities.
